Tim Defleur and Benjamin Helle has created a skateboard chair that allows people who love the sport hold onto the hobby in a unique way. Just because a person has to take up an office job to support their lifestyle doesn't mean they have to give up their lifestyle. The skateboard chair is a chic alternative to more traditional seating that incorporates the equipment right into the design.
When not being ridden, the skateboard chair's backrest is made up of a cushioned skateboard. This 'backrest' can easily be removed to travel around the office easily and efficiently on wheels. Although youthful in spirit, the design is surprisingly mature and minimalist. People will appreciate such an imaginative take on traditional office furniture.
