The Shenzhen-Zhongshan Link opened last month in the Guangdong Province of South China. It is a new corss-sea tunnel and bridge system and boasts many impressive details which broke 10 world records. The Shenzhen-Zhongshan Link was formed to combat the issue of some densely populated areas in the region which are separated by water, which made it hard to navigate around.
The new link is nearly 15 miles and meant to connect the two cities as the namesake nods to. Both of the cities are resting on opposite banks of the Pearl River Estuary. The link system is notably not a whole bridge all the way through -- the middle has a tunnel which runs underwawter and has bridges that connect every island to the city.
