Beauty fans may be surprised to hear that Sephora is ending its Play! subscription box and replacing it with the new Sephora Luxe box.
As Sephora recently announced on its website, "After years of helping you discover new brands and try the buzziest products, Play! is ending to make room for something even better." Instead of Play!, beauty buffs will be able to try the new Sephora Luxe box, which will officially be available on April 28th. Unlike Play!, the Sephora Luxe box will not be a subscription service. Instead, the box will feature six deluxe samples from three categories, including prestige items such as La Mer Moisturizing Soft Cream and Viktor & Rolf Flowerbomb perfume.
For those looking for something a little more comparable to the Play! subscription box, Sephora is expanding its Favorites offerings. The brand is also adding 'Hello' and 'Pop' boxes, which will feature five and six product samples respectively.
