London-based design studio Sella Concept turns a 2,000 square-meter space throughout the span of four floors into a dynamic hybrid working and hospitality space. It has a moody aesthetic with a welcome lounge that is meant to encourage both work and play.
This is made for DICE as its latest headquarters and is in an old Victorian building. It was developed by the Benyon Estate with the help of architects Henley Halebrown and Sullivan Brothers Construction. CEO of DICE enjoyed his time working at The Block cafe, and he wanted to create the same aesthetic to encourage creatives and instill more inspiration by working in a beautiful space. The ground floor has an open floor plan, which is inspired by general club layouts.
