Protective Fashion Garb in Highlights Magazine's 'Armour Karma'

In the bellicose times we live in, it seems only appropriate that we should dress in protective but absolutely chic body armor. But if the armor doesn’t work for you, there are also quilted and over-sized, cocoon-like armor and fabulous hoods.
Highlights Magazine seems to be in total agreement with that view and in light of that, this avant garde collection of battle-ready attire was showcased in the glossy’s Fall 2008 editorial titled Armour Karma.
The Armor wear is sufficiently stylish, fashionable and protective, but I find the accessories lame and useless. In my opinion, what is sorely missing here are some exquisite swords and shields to complement the Armour outfits.
