The SeeSpace InAiR brought Minority-Report like futuristic TV screens to CES 2014. The cylindrical device hooks up to any television to turn it into an Augmented Reality television. InAiR overlays layers of data from the Internet and social media.
Using a 3D TV gives the device the added edge of having the information appear as though it is over top of the TV screen, letting the viewer manipulate the images. The layers appear like floating holograms, giving this tech a futuristic feel, like a sci-fi movie.
The SeeSpace InAiR allows people to use their computer and watch television at the same time, without the need to balance two devices. Navigation is controlled via the InAiR app available Android or iOS. The SeeSpace InAiR can also be controlled with hand gestures and is compatible with Xbox Kinect and Leap Motion.
