Seatylock is a new design that understands how cumbersome locks can actually be, but also how necessary it is to keep one's bike safe. The product is currently receiving funding on Kickstarter, is ideal for anyone who is worried about theft of their bike in an urban environment.
The design basically turns one's seat into a lock, so that riders can hop off and attach their bikes to a pole in the same fashion they normally would. However, this also ensures that one's seat is safe, as at times there's risk of this section being taken too. Perhaps the most genius part regarding the design is how one doesn't have to worry about remembering their lock upon heading out - something that can be a pain once arriving at the final destination.
