Designed by In Ho Lee, the Up & Down Safety Iron ensures that no more burning accidents happen when doing the laborious task of pressing clothes.
How many times have people accidentally burned themselves while waiting for the iron to heat up, cool down or even during ironing? Clothes are often turned to cinders because users get distracted by phone calls as well. The Up & Down Safety Iron comes with a smart lever that automatically retracts the ironing panel when it is not being used. By squeezing the lever, the iron panel moves downwards and heats up. That way, even when users are waiting for the iron to heat up or cool down, because they are not holding down the lever, the likelihoods of them getting injured is significantly lowered.
