Mobile security generally focuses on the internal process of a phone, but the SafeSkin case aims to keep your phone safe through physical means. Made of a tough material known as PC ABS, the case functions like any other phone case as it enables the phone to be drop-resistant. These features deal with physical protection for your phone, but this is taken a step further as the case can only be removed with a key to input the correct color code on the case.
By having the SafeSkin case directly lock onto the phone, it gives the phone the ability to not be turned off. This ensures that all tracking software installed on the phone can be used, and ensures that it is easier to locate or take control over the phone.
