As the Official Off-Road Vehicle Partner for Call of Duty, Polaris is bringing its industry-leading expertise in power sports to the virtual battlegrounds of Call of Duty: Warzone. In a collaboration set to unfold in Season 1 of Warzone later in 2024, Polaris is working closely with the game’s developers to ensure the in-game portrayal of the RZR Pro R 4 captures the true essence of this high-performance vehicle.
To bring the RZR Pro R 4 to life within the game, Polaris tapped into the creative prowess of its Industrial Design team—the team responsible for crafting the cutting-edge designs of the real-world RZR vehicles. From there, the talented teams at the Call of Duty studios took over, meticulously integrating the car into the game world.
“At Polaris, we are passionate about creating possibilities for work and play in the outdoors. Our partnership with Call of Duty brings that real-life passion to the virtual world to help enhance the player’s experience and ability,” said Holly Spaeth, Vice President of Corporate Branding and Partnerships for Polaris. “Through our partnership with Call of Duty, we are introducing more people to Polaris by highlighting the off-road riding experience to new audiences and showcasing the real-world capabilities of our RZR Pro R vehicle in a virtual world.”
Fans won’t have to wait long to get behind the virtual wheel of the Polaris RZR Pro R 4, as Call of Duty: Black Ops 6 is slated for a global release on October 25th, 2024. The vehicle will debut in the game in the later half of 2024.
