Looking at the photos of the Euroshield, I really can't believe that those shingles were crafted out of old vehicle tires. They look just like regular, old shingles to me. I guess that's the true beauty of this recycled rubber roofing--not only is it eco-friendly, but it doesn't actually look eco-friendly.
Developed by Euroshield, the recycled rubber roofing system was founded by Mr. Henry Kamphuis, who wanted to do his part to solve the overwhelming problem of old tires overflowing in landfills and dump sites.
Although I've seen some great upcycled tire products before, the recycled rubber roofing system by Euroshield definitely has to be one of the most practical. With four different looks (EuroSlate, EuroTile, EuroShake Hand-Split and EuroShake Taper-Sawn), the Euroshield recycled rubber roofing system is a great alternative to other shingles.
