Ready-Made Design is a Toolbox of Crafty Decorative Objects
Amelia Roblin — June 10, 2011 — Art & Design
Imagining a spectrum of design tastes, and floral patterns were on one end, the pieces of Ready-Made Design would fit firmly on the opposite side.
Creators Max Qwerty and Yanik Balzer have developed a line of mocho home decorative objects that are literally composed of the very items you'd find on a tool bench or out in the back shed. The collection includes watering can clothes hooks, brightly colored shovel lamps, an axe wall shelf and an open toolbox coffee table. Each of these objects together would furnish the ultimate man cave.
Having just gotten started, one might begin to think of all the other ways in which the pieces in your tool kit and the junk in your garage could be reinterpreted into functional furnishings, as has been achieve with the Ready-Made Design collection.
