Titled 'Fragments,' this reactive mirror installation is able to respond with the people who look into it.
The mirror was designed by the London Studio 'Random International' and is made up of 200 individual mall reflectors. The reflectors are able to pan and tilt quickly and accurately and the installation comes equipped with a camera that watches those passing by. When viewers walk past the mirror, it ripples like water and when they look into it, the mirrors are able to wrap around their face in several different fragments to reveal every angle.
This unique reactive mirror works to create an experience in which human and the inanimate are able to engage with one another.
