The 'Kobra' E-Scooters Offer Considerable Range and Enlarged Wheels

Kobra, an upstart Italian company that specializes in e-scooters, is unveiling a duo of innovative electric scooters that stand out from the competition due to their combination of range, speed and design features.
Perhaps the most eye-catching feature of both the Climber and Smart models is that both these e-scooters have 20-inch wheels in the front and 16-inch wheels at the back, which is considerably bigger than most e-scooters that you see zipping around the streets.
The rear wheel also comes fitted with a hub motor that is capable of providing a range of around 100 kilometers and a top speed of 25 km/h. While the Smart is ideally designed for urban transportation, the Climber is more well-suited to the great outdoors, and is capable of tackling slopes of up to 35 per cent thanks to the higher watt output on its hub motor.
Currently the subject of a crowdfunding campaign over on Kickstarter, the Kobra e-scooter is looking to bring reliable and high-range transportation to the electric scooter market.
