French company Racing Emotion recently combined automobile racing with mid-century designs to create a line of furniture that is perfect for car-lovers. Meant to act as the centerpiece of any room, the new pieces put a unique twist on the classic ball chair design.
The new lineup from Racing Emotion consists of eight ball chairs decorated to resemble classic cars. The cars chosen for the line include everything from Walt Disney's Herbie to the Lang Heck version of the Porsche 917. Each design was painstakingly created by a pair car designers from Le Mans, France. In addition to the decorative exterior, the inside of each chair also feature hand-stitched leather, which can be customized according to the customer's preferences.
While on the pricy side, the racing-inspired ball chairs let customers show off their passion for classic cars in a chic and comfortable way.
