I'm going out on a limb here with my Italian and guess that Quattro Valvole means four valve. There was a four valve Ferrari 308GTB/GTS that was made in 1984. The full name of the watch is Quattro Valvole by Meccaniche Veloci. Again, rusty Italian translates into mechanical speed. Pretty cool, huh? It features Swiss movement in titanium in aluminum casing made like competition auto pistons.
Implications - The watch isn't over-sized and includes a face that has four different clocks on it. Two are colored in black while the others are colored in white. The face itself is a shimmery light silver that stands out against the dark black band with brown trimming on the underside.
