Public Supply is amazing for two reasons. First of all, it creates amazing minimalist notebooks that are on their way to becoming as iconic as composition books and Moleskines. Secondly, proceeds from sales go towards funding high-need classrooms and public school art programs throughout the city of New York. Considering that such programs are often left underfunded, the latter is what really makes Public Supply so special.
Founded by Russell Daiber, Adam London, Leigh Salem and William Brian Smith, Public Supply notebooks can nevertheless be used by both students and adults. In this way, even more people can help contribute to their partnership with non-profit organization Donors Choose, which finds passionate teachers looking to help with their students’ overall education through arts.
Public Supply recently teamed up with Dutch artists Haas and Hahn for a limited edition notebook.
