The guys from Precentral.net have cleverly turned a Volkswagon Golf into a cute little Palm Pre. The car conversion is based on the ‘What would you do for a Pre?’ contest.
The hood of the car features the Pre’s keypad, the side and rear of the car feature promo decals (‘Palm Pre,’ and ‘Precentral.net’) and the roof of the car has the touch screen with the generic Pre image.
The designers took their sticker-filled ‘Volkswagon Pre’ (yeah, that one's copyrighted) to an Apple store to shout that the iPhone sucks. If I know Apple at all, expect some sort of iPhone Lamborghini to battle the Pre (and don’t doubt that as a possibility).
