'House of Spirits' is a Portland distillery known to produce some of America's finest spirits. Some of the products made here include Aviation American Gin, Volstead Vodka and Westward Oregon Straight Malt Whiskey.
To attract more consumers to the organization's fine artisanal products, a stylish new tasting room has been opened. Osmose Design was responsible for the interior and wanted to create an inviting, elegant space. One of the ways this was done was through a large viewing window that frames the Portland distillery's large stills and manufacturing space. Also, a Corian-topped bar near the entrance provides an aesthetic focal point to welcome guests and sample spirits. A simple wooden cubby behind the bar features the selection of tastings, displayed together with awards won over the years.
