Like a fun children's storybook, the Pop-Up Light opens up to reveal a lampshade that is at once simple and not simple. Made to be mounted on the corner of a wall, the light fixture takes on common geometric shapes in solid colors. Nevertheless, the way in which it looks and is used is far from boring. Instead, it is clever and creative.
The Pop-Up Light was designed by Well Well Designers, a studio founded by Héloïse Piraud and Antoine Bécognée. Since it is made out of paper lined with polyphane, the Pop-Up Light is sold in a flat-pack packaging. Complete with a small LED light and cord to plug it in, the wall light is super easy to put together.
