At Design Miami this year, LA-based designer Willett introduced two new color variations of his Popo Chair – Cream and Willett Red. These additions to his collection were developed in collaboration with Ojas founder Devon Turnbull and were showcased in the USM Talk Space alongside the existing Ebony Popo model.
The Popo Chair is Willett's debut design in the dining chair category. The silhouette draws inspiration from Italian 1960s injection-molded plastic chairs. Constructed from stacked MDF, the chair’s rectilinear framework is softened with rounded edges and finished with a high-gloss lacquer for a sleek, modern look.
The new colorways add versatility to the Popo Chair, allowing greater choices for consumers who wish to incorporate the modern furniture silhouette in their living space.
