Canadian interior design firm Perron has revamped an old building in Quebec city to function as Maison Perron. It is both a studio and a showroom that is just alongside the residence of Nathalie Perron, the founder of the studio. It is located in the Montcalm art district which features a colorful interior described by the firm as "a well-balanced mix of a commercial space and cozy home environment."
Partner and artistic director at Perron, Sarah Eve Hébert shares, "When we purchased the building, we had no idea of the treasures that lay underneath. Once we had stripped the entire space down, we discovered pleasant surprises in terms of colors and textures that fit quite naturally with our style, but also some contrasts between old and new that aligned in a balanced presentation."
