Squats, with or without weight, are considered to be one of the best exercises a person can do and thanks to the Perfect Squat Challenge app anyone can now perform a flawless squat. Developed by Kaia Health Software, this app was created with input from physiotherapists and sports scientists to ensure perfect form and proper posture. It should be noted, the Perfect Squat Challenge app does not require any special hardware or wearable as it simply leverages an iPhone camera and roughly seven feet of space.
While using the app, a wireframe model will appear over the user's body tracking 16 connective points and comparing the users performance against its "ideal" pose. Instructions are delivered via audio feedback and is quite competent at providing instruction on how to better perform a squat.
