The Past & Future Calendar can be likened more to a memory box than a traditional date keeper. First of all, it takes on the form of a wooden box complete with a couple of drawers. Secondly, it is meant to cherish both the past and the present, hence its name. It does so by allowing people to keep the cards with the date on them in a separate drawer after the day is done.
Designed by Bitri, a design studio based in Porto, Portugal, the Past & Future Calendar revolves around sheets of fine paper with minimal typography. Although not many will want to tarnish such a design, the space left around the date could easily be written on like a diary.
