North Americans are probably the worst where it concerns failing to appreciate a good cup of coffee. Perhaps the use of the Paranello Ruscello Espresso Set will remind drinkers of the art of a quality cuppa and the sophisticated practice of sipping it slowly and thoughtfully.
Julien Gueuning's design is modern and elegant, comprising a smooth white demitasse that broadens to the rim and features a flat hole-less handle. It's accented with a pair of small circles that is also incised into one model of the wave-shaped saucer.
Both versions of the little undulating platter take exquisite curving forms, with one style including a flat plate extension on top. The Paranello Ruscello Espresso Set serves up extra space on its lengthy rectangular base for biscotti and the placement of a spoon.
