This paper dispenser has dual function, working as a subtle reminder that going green helps save South American rain forests.
A standard paper dispenser was modified by cutting out a part of the device in the shape of South America. Green foil was placed in the shape so that the level of towels was visible. As people use more paper, and the level falls, the image changes from light green to dark green, visually reminding the user to use fewer paper towels.
