The new Nubia Pad 3D II was unveiled during MWC this year and it features all of the same entertaining experience of diving into the 3D content without having to wear anything such as glasses. The Pad 3D II has a DLB, which stands for Diffractive Lightfield Backlighting that is built under the LCD screen to give off the same effect as sending a set of visuals to each eye.
To do this, it relies on sensors and eye-detection programs to adjust the images and employs the visuals depending on where users are looking. This gives off the same effect without glasses and is a concept that Nubia has been working on throughout the past year.
