The 'OXY' Planter Pot Allows Roots to Dry Out Between Waterings
Michael Hemsworth — December 29, 2020 — Art & Design
The 'OXY' planter pot is a style-conscious solution for greenery that will work to keep it in the perfect shape, while also maximizing its ability to thrive in an indoor space. The planter features a slatted exterior design that is minimalist and eye-catching, while the interior works with a felt container to keep the soil inside. Once the plant has been positioned inside, the planter will go to work allowing for enhanced airflow which will help the roots to dry out between waterings and prevent overwatering.
The 'OXY' planter pot is the design work of the Poland-based KABO & PYDO design studio for OPEKO, and is the winner of the Red Dot Design Award 2020 and has been named in the iF Design Award 2020.
