The functionality of the candle to modern man has evolved into a means to create ambiance in a room, rather than to provide it with illumination by necessity. With a flicker of nostalgia, the ONOFF candleholder strives to encourage a more interactive use, in much the same way that people employed wax and wick lamps in the past.
Elevenfeet created a lovely clear glass cup in which to place a tea light. The elegant vessel is then set gently into a piece of carved wood that acts as a contemporary drip pan. The little lumber segment is cut with grooves and channels along the base, allowing the Oxygene ONOFF candleholder to be easily carried by hand or fixed into a wooden track against the wall.
