A One Kings Lane flagship store opened its doors in the heart of Soho, Manhattan recently. The digital-first retailer is known for offering premium furniture and home decor at an accessible price point. Its first brick-and-mortar location aims to draw in local professionals, families and a more mature audience interested in seeing and testing out products before buying them and features a multitude of engaging elements.
The new retail space spans 3,500 square feet and features two levels that are situated inside a beautifully restored heritage building, first built in 1818. "The flagship is designed to create an immersive, home environment, with a product assortment curated to fit the aesthetic of the local neighborhood along with a variety of small-space solutions."
In addition to its cozy product displays which help consumers visualize pieces within their own living space, the new One Kings Lane flagship is also home to interactive inspiration boards and other digital signage. These allow consumers to play around with varying styles and product combinations before they decide on what they want to purchase.
