Local Motors has created a 3D-printed self-driving shuttle, titled the Olli 2.0. The Olli 2.0 shuttle is a large rectangle with rounded corners and expansive windows. The Olli 2.0 has Level 4 autonomous capabilities and a top speed of 25 miles an hour. The autonomous shuttle also has a range of 100 miles on one charge and is comprised of 80% 3D-printed materials.
There are also two additional seats than previous models form the company, and the Olli 2.0 also has lighting that can be programmed to fit with what passengers want.
The shuttle's interface can also be customized to different needs. The company's CEO Jay Rogers indicates that “We can pretty much make anything they ask for with the right partners.”
