Oliver Peoples just released images for their 2010 campaign starring actor Elijah Wood and flame-haired singer Shirley Manson. Oliver Peoples once again enlisted the help of photographer Autumn de Wilde for the shoot.
Oliver Peoples said they chose Wood as their campaign model because his “debonair personal style was an ideal fit for the campaign.” While the ageless Shirley Manson, best known as the lead vocalist for Garbage, possesses an “edgy and dramatic sense of style [that lends] a modern, mischievous air to the otherwise serious scenes of sunnies and spectacles.” Similar to the 2009 campaign featuring Zooey Deschanel, Oliver Peoples will release a short film starring both Wood and Manson to accompany the campaign.
