Nike's Dunk Low Gets a Notable NY vs NY Colorway Design
Nike celebrates New York's streetball scene with the new NY vs NY colorway of the iconic Dunk Low sneaker model. The name of the latest update nods to the annual Nike blacktop tournament that gathers some of the most talented high schoolers in the city.
In terms of the actual shoe design, the upper is detailed in a smooth militaristic green hue with white pebbled leather overlaying on top. This can be seen at the eyestays, the heels, heel tab, and the mudguards. As another notable touch of contrast, there is bright orange that makes its way onto the tongue tabs, the gradient tonal Swoosh branding, and embroidery that reads "NY vs Ny" before it is rounded out with heel tab branding.
