ARCA is highly recognized for its premium work using a plethora of materials and now its designer Kelly Wearstler unveils the latest NUDO Collection during Miami Art Week. It is made up of 16 furniture concepts and six accessories -- all of which celebrate a theme of unity while also highlighting its expertise with the material of stone told through a softer narrative.
Kelly Wearstler talks about the exploration of shapes through the new designs, noting that “With these designs, I was deeply interested in exploring the possibility of creating a real softness through curvaceous shapes within the fortitude of marble. A nuanced and sensual interplay of suppleness and strength. The universal craft of weaving is rooted in ancient cultures from across the globe and each piece in NUDO pays homage to that history. Our presentation with ARCA is an expression of what binds us together as the world converges in Miami to celebrate art and design.”
