I can relate to this product as I have an iPhone and find it frustrating to constantly take off my gloves in the wintertime to use the touchscreen. Without having to get special gloves or a stylus, this NoseDial App will be much easier.
This German app displays the iPhone's list of contacts as a set of large thumbnails making it easy to place calls by simply hitting the screen with your nose. You can even scroll through lists by tilting the phone so your nose doesn't have to do it.
