The Nook Solo Booth is a Versatile Workspace that Prioritizes Mental Health
Elena Rahman — May 4, 2021 — Art & Design
David O'Coimin's Nook Solo Booth is designed to act as a quiet work refuge. The flexible workspace prioritizes mental health by the workplace's more neuro-inclusive and personally productive customizable light settings.
The Nook Solo Booth is suitable for video calls and focused tasks. It features soft materials on the inside and has the option to be used with or without a door, depending on personal preferences. Equipped with work desks, power, USB connections, and a bench with under-seat storage, the Nook is designed to optimize tight workspaces.
O'Coimin's design sits on lockable castors, which allows it to be easily moved around to accommodate changing environments. The standalone item can be used as such, or placed with other Nook Solos or Nook Huddle Pods.
