Located in the heart of Toronto's Entertainment District, this new venue will feature a two-level restaurant and bar The opening strategically aligns with the Toronto International Film Festival.
Nobu Toronto will offer a blend of Japanese-inspired design and Canadian craftsmanship, created by Toronto-based Studio Munge. The restaurant promises iconic dishes like Black Cod Miso and Yellowtail Sashimi with Jalapeno, along with new creations by Executive Chef Alex Tzatzos that honor Toronto's diverse culinary scene. The restaurant's design includes a dramatic two-story bar with a 28-foot bronze chainmail chandelier, a 20-seat sake bar, an intimate outdoor terrace, and a 140-seat courtyard dining room. Guests can also enjoy an 11-seat sushi bar and a 20-seat private dining room.
