The Nissan Townstar electric van is a small commercial vehicle being launched into select European markets for small businesses or delivery companies to incorporate into their fleet. The vehicle is built on the Common Module Family platform and boasts a 90kW motor that's capable of delivering 122 PS and 245 Nm. The 45kWh battery is rated for up to 186-miles of range per charge with the option to recharge through a DC fast charge connection to go from 15% to 80% in just 37-minutes.
The Nissan Townstar electric van boasts a quad-camera 360-degree vision system with hands-free parking, blind spot monitoring, active cruise control and more. The vehicle will offer more than 170-cubic-feet of storage space within along with a payload capacity of 1,760-pounds.
