The base of the Nintendo controller lamp is an N64 controller. Atop that sits an SNES controller, followed by a NES controller, with a GameCube and Wiimote rounding out the order. Gamers with a stickler for chronology will note that the controllers are arranged out of sequence. This was more than likely done to ensure structural stability.
