Leather Buckle Sneakers

The Nike Air Force 1 Low adds a horsebit-inspired buckle detail

The Nike Air Force 1 Low “Black Leather” is a new variation of Nike’s classic lifestyle sneaker that incorporates details commonly associated with formal footwear. The Nike Air Force 1 Low uses pebbled black leather across the upper, including the toe box, side panels, and Swoosh branding. A silver horsebit-inspired buckle spans the throat of the shoe and is secured through dedicated fabric loops rather than functioning as a removable lace accessory. The design combines the familiar Air Force 1 silhouette with elements drawn from traditional loafers.

Additional details include a brown leather sockliner stamped with Nike branding and chrome-finished metal branding plates on the tongue and heel. A black rubber sole unit completes the monochromatic exterior. Nike has not announced a specific release date, but the Air Force 1 Low “Black Leather” is expected to launch during Summer 2026 through Nike and selected retail partners.
