These PDAs look like portable game consoles. With new visual and ergonomic designs, Rolly and Buddy are the brainchild of CREAT, Tokyo. After an extensive study of the Japanese market, aesthetic and functionality won out and these two PDA's are the result.
Implications - Though consumers clearly enjoy a little bit of technological advancement, aesthetics still reigns supreme as a consideration during the purchase process. The way something looks has immediate association with consumers looking to purchase, and allows for an element of self expression that today's selfcentric consumer seeks.
