Netgear announced at the Consumer Electronics Show their new Internet TV Player that will be available this fall for $199.
The CES 2009 reveal shows a lightweight unit with HDMI output with two USB ports. It will support YouTube video on your BATV (Big A$$ Television.) The Netgear Internet TV player will handle torrent downloads easily and seamlessly (no internal drive, so spring for enough storage.)
A larger Elite unit will be coming in February from Netgear for $399. If you have two elite units, you can pause video on one and watch it on the other!
Bummer: no support for Netflix!
