At first glance, the Nest Base collection looks quite standard. With its simple silhouettes and unpretentious use of materials, each piece blends beautifully into its surroundings to bring subtle style and comfort. Yet upon closer inspection, it's clear there was a reason behind the name of the Nest Base collection.
The wooden legs of the chairs and table making up the Nest Base line are joined uniquely using thin metal strips. Creating an abstract "nest" of sorts, this design detail makes the pieces stand out unexpectedly.
Designed by Alexander Lervik of Johanson Design, the Nest Base collection was inspired by the sixties. The line can be customized as well by mixing and matching colors and materials. Combined with the striking base, this will make the set stand out all the more.
