Neumann released the latest near-field studio monitor of its famous line, the KH 120-II. The studio monitor comes in four distinct models: KH 120 II US, KH 120 II W, KH 120 II AES67, and KH 120 II W AES67. The new improvements and updates of the studio monitor consist of adding new DSP-driven electronics and automatic monitor alignment.
The new DSP-driven electronics and automatic monitor alignment allow for phase linear crossovers with less than 2.6 ms latency, ensuring that all frequencies simultaneously arrive at the listening destination. This also makes integrating the KH-120-II monitors into the surround setup more convenient. The KH 120-II features lower distortion, deeper bass, a higher max SPL, and enhanced sonic resolution.
Other features include the linear 44 Hz to 21 kHz frequency response, high-precision drivers, low tolerances for razor-sharp imaging, and optional AES67 connectivity for handling complicated digital audio systems. The studio monitor is available for purchase.
