Stockholm-based Note Design Studio joined forces with Spanish design label Vibia to create the Musa lighting series. The collaborative lighting collection recalls the pearl that rests within the abstract concept of a seashell. To recall the thematic inspiration, the lights are composed of two delicate circles -- one side nestling the illuminating light, and the other circle reflecting it.
The Musa lighting collection is comprised of opal glass spheres that have been hand-blown inside a textured concave aluminum disc. The lighting fixtures emit a soft light and are available as either a table lamp or a wall-mounted light. Additionally, the Musa lighting collection also delivers a portable option that comes with a battery so it can be easily transported.
