London illustrator David Murray is back with another fashion-related series, this time depicting classic horror movie villains in popular couture labels.
Following Murray's series of illustrations that showcase Star Wars characters in iconic streetwear apparel, this new series portrays classic ghouls and killers such as Scream's Ghostface in Jill Sander and Regan McNeil from The Exorcist in COMME des GARCONS. The series goes on to include the spooky Candyman in avant-garde Ann Demeulemeester, Hellraiser's Pinhead in Boris Bidjan Saberi, Count Orlock in Thom Browne and finally, The Ring's Samara Morgan letting her long dark tresses fall onto her Yohji Yamamoto getup.
Although each horror movie villain still portrays their frightening aesthetic, these illustrations showcase a different side of each character.
