Salehe Bembury is the latest designer to launch his own Moncler collection with the premium outdoor brand and it is defined by his iconic fingerprint textures for an artful look and feel. The joint capsule is set to officially launch today on the Highsnobiety Shop with a wider drop to follow at select retailers tomorrow.
The new capsule takes on a design theme that stems from a utilitarian design language. It is also inspired by the archival mountaineering line by Moncler from the late 50s with technical elements including GORE-TEX. Bemburt notes that “Moncler ēquipements is an exploration of palette, shape, and utility. From extensive time spent in the wilderness, I have developed a deep appreciation for nature and the elements that come with it.”
