Designers Germain Verbrackel and Ivan Rodriguez conceptualized their project as a modular one, enabling the city to set up the facilities in whichever combination seems most appropriate to the place. The bicycle racks can be connected directly to the back of the bench, or they can be anchored into the side of the large geometric plant pot.
