Nintendo has indicated that it will launch a beta testing program for mobile multiplayer features for Mario Kart Tour. Nintendo stated that beta testing will begin next month. The company has not indicated if the mobile multiplayer will be fully released after beta testing has concluded. Mario Kart Tour was released for both Android and iOS devices a month ago.
At present, the beta version of multiplayer is only available to those who are Nintendo Gold Pass subscribers. Nintendo Gold Pass costs $4.99 a month, and it will also provide consumers with other exclusives related to Mario Kart Tour.
Multiplayer features are potentially a big draw for the game, as many previous versions of the series had popular multiplayer capabilities.
