The majority of people out in public these days are glued to their smartphone even when they're with friends or family, so the Mindfulness Phone is a newly designed concept that aims to help users break their addiction to their device. Featuring an opaque screen and a standard numeric keypad, the phone is intentionally free of the usual technological innovations that you'd find on a traditional smartphone. This is to free the user from their need to constantly be on their device and put their focus on the real world and the people they are with.
